The features of the ETAP plan provides for PREPAYMENT of tuition & compulsory fees for approved college credits or degrees at regionally or nationally accredited degree granting educational institutions. The program monetary maximum is $5,000 annually. |

The ETAP plan allows for participants to utilize $200 dollars of their $5,000 allocation for book reimbursements for approved credited courses. Reimbursement form and receipts must be submitted to the NPC. |
