1) Complete the Application (if necessary, see your local Employee Resource Coordinator (ERC) for assistance) |

2) Submit the application two to three weeks in advance to the National Programs Center, NPC (address can be found on the application) or submit it online through www.myuawford.com. |

| 3) You will receive an approval voucher or a reject letter back in the mail within approximately one to two weeks from the date the NPC receives your application. | ||
| 4) Sign the approval voucher and take it to your schools cashiers office for payment. | ||
| 5) It is your responsibility to follow up the the school to assure payment for your class is complete. | ||
