The spouse and dependent
child(ren) of an employee who dies while on the active roll are entitled
to utilize the remaining balance up to $4,600 of the employee’s tuition
assistance eligibility, excluding any advance payment, for college classes during a period equal to the length of present Agreement following
the date of the employee’s death. |
| The spouse and dependent child(ren)
of an employee who dies while on the active roll in a work-related incident
are entitled to utilize the remaining balance of the employee’s tuition
assistance eligibility, plus three additional years tuition assistance eligibility,
for college or educational pursuits during a period equal to the length
of the present Agreement following the date of the employee’s death. |
