Education, Development and Training Program

The UAW-Ford Education, Development and Training Program was established in 1982 to provide UAW-represented hourly employees with a wide variety of mutually agreeable opportunities for educational programs and services as well as support other joint programs. The program continues to promote training, retraining and development activities which contribute to the competitiveness and well being of the Company - aspects which are essential to the job security, personal growth and development of UAW-Ford workers.
