• The 2011 Contract between the UAW and Ford Motor Company allows for classes that can improve your position in the workplace. Classes in Basic Skills (reading, writing and math), Labor Studies, public speaking (Dale Carnegie), communications, professional development, related computer classes and related technical classes can be considered for approval
• Guidelines for applying for PDA consideration can be accessed by selecting the 'Guidelines' feature at the bottom of this screen
• You can apply on-line for PDA at www.myuawford.com or a printable application for PDA is available by clicking on the PDA feature at the bottom of this screen
  

• Survivor Tuition Assistance (SETAP) is Reinstated!

• The 2011 Contract between the UAW and Ford Motor Company has reinstated the Survivor Education Tuition Assistance Plan. Guidelines for use can be accessed by selecting the 'Guidelines' feature at the bottom of this screen

Medical Leaves of Absence

• Employees on a Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA) are NOT eligible for Tuition Assistance benefits.
